QRNational has highly efficient refrigeration facilities which allow customers to transport goods in chiller or freezer temperatures.

Our fleet of refrigerated containers can be set to maintain temperatures between +20 and -30 degrees Celsius and our refrigeration facility is designed to meet constant control atmosphere settings, ensuring conditions are maintained while loading and unloading vehicles and containers.  

At our Acacia Ridge terminal we have a chiller and freezer facility with capacity for approximately 250 pallets in the chiller and 50 pallets in the freezer. The chiller room is maintained at 0 degrees Celsius and the freezer room at – 20 degrees Celsius.

Our operations and containers are maintained in accordance with the HACCP standards.

Q-Safe, NCSi and the QR internal audit section regularly conduct audits in relation to Quality Assurance and HACCP.
