Inkind Freight Program
QR National is committed to supporting our local communities. An example of this commitment is our Inkind Freight Program, which has assisted charities right across Queensland for many years.
By offering transport assistance to charities, the Inkind Freight Program recognises the valuable role these charitable organisations play in Queensland communities.
Because of the demand for the Inkind Freight service, QR National has an annual application process which aims to share this service across charities in need of assistance.
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the program, an organisation must be a Deductible Gift Recipient and must be a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI).
Visit the ATO website to find out more about DGR and PBI.
Please note, QR National’s Inkind Freight Program will only transport recycled clothing and/or books, and collection and deliveries can only be made in Queensland.
Full Guidelines are available on request from QR National via the contact methods listed below.
How to Apply
Applications can be made to QR National at any time throughout the year, however organisations will need to submit an application each year prior to 30 March for the following financial year.
QR National’s appointed charities will be announced in May each year.
Please contact QR National (below) to request a copy of the Guidelines and an Application Form.
