Trainee Recruitment Process
Step 1: Application completed and submitted
Step 2: Shortlisting process where panel ascertains applicants meet requirements for the role).
Step 3: Applicants demonstrating most merit invited to interview and/or assessment. Note candidates will be interviewed at the location marked as their first preference on their application form. Candidates will be responsible for their own transport to and from the interview.
Step 4: Successful candidates offered a traineeship with QR National and provided a QR National employment contract.
Step 5: Trainees commence induction with QR National.
